Important Signup Note

When completing your membership form, please make sure you tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox before submitting.

The checkbox can be a little hard to see on some screens. Look directly beneath the Terms & Conditions section if you can’t spot it straight away.

FFIT Partners

A simple partners option for two people training under one weekly membership.

Each partner must complete their own membership form to receive their own access. Please let us know who you are partnered with so we can process and approve it correctly.

AFTER YOU JOIN

Once your membership form is submitted, FFIT365 will review and approve your membership setup. After approval, you’ll receive an email from Alta Open to activate your mobile door access.

To set it up: download the Alta Open app, open the app once downloaded, then don’t touch anything inside the app yet. Go back to your original Alta Open email and tap Activate Account. Follow the prompts and allow all required permissions.

When arriving at the gym, make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the Alta Open app is open near the door reader.

If you have trouble setting it up, contact FFIT365 before your first visit and we’ll help you get sorted.

A short-term option for visitors who want to train while staying locally.

FIFO Flex

For FIFO and shift workers who need a membership that suits changing work rosters.

Emergency Services & Veterans

Supportive membership options may be available for current or former emergency services personnel and veterans.
